   By Board Resolution of SRO NP PROJECTCENTER (Minutes No. 51 dated September 20, 2012) the Competence Certificate to perform a particular type or types of activities that affect the safety of capital construction facilities while retaining the right to perform all reported kinds of activities at the extremely hazardous, highly sophisticated and unique facilities provided in the Article 48.1, the Russian Federation Town Planning Code is given to Tulagiprochem, Joint Stock Company.

   The Competence Certificate is issued worldwide in perpetuity.

   The certificate is issued in substitution for previously issued one on June 06, 2011 No. П-013-7104003062-25082010-114. Commencement is since September 20, 2012.
